I HAVE THE CHINESE VERSION MEMOBIRD DEVICE
If your Memobird is a Chinese version device, and you want to release the bond, please let the Memobird China support know by sending them an email at email@example.com. As the Memobird North America Support we are unable to help you because the Chinese version and North American version works differently.
I HAVE THE NORTH AMERICAN VERSION MEMOBIRD DEVICE
If you know the bound phone number/account, here's how to release it.
1. Sign in with the phone number/account that is bound to the device
2. Tap Me
3. Tap My Memobird
4. Tap your Memobird device
5. Tap Release the account binding, then tap OK
If you don't know the bounded phone number/account
