HOW TO SOLVE THE ISSUE
If you've just bought the Chinese version Memobird and you're located in North America
We'd suggest you return the Chinese version Memobird ASAP to your seller and get the North American version Memobird because Chinese version Memobird is neither supported nor covered by manufacture warranty in North America.
*Make sure you get the North American version from the exclusive distributor Knectek Labs. and their authorized re-sellers.
If you have Chinese version Memobird and you're located outside North America
What we can do to help you as the Memobird North America Support is to suggest you contacting the Memobird China Support so that they can know about your issue and help you to solve it. The reason is that Chinese version Memobird and North American Memobird work differently. As the Memobird North America Support, we are unable to help you.
