Before you download the app, you need to find out what Memobird version you have.
To make Memobird works, the device version and the app version have to be matching. For instance, the China Version device will not work if it is used together with the North America app version, and vice versa. Here's how to find out which Memobird version you have
I HAVE THE NORTH AMERICAN VERSION
If you have the North American version Memobird, you have to use the North American version app called "MyMemobird"
Please be aware that for now, North America MyMemobird app is only available in North America.

I HAVE THE CHINESE VERSION
If you have the Chinese version Memobird, you have to use the Chinese version app called "Memobird"
Please be aware that the Chinese version Memobird and Chinese app version are managed by another company (not us). Therefore, if you have any issue with the Chinese version, what we can do to help you as the Memobird North America support is referring you to Memobird China support as shown below.
