Before you download the app, you need to find out what Memobird version you have.
To make Memobird works, the device version and the app version have to be matching. For instance, the China Version device will not work if it is used together with the North America app version, and vice versa. Here's how to find out which Memobird version you have
I HAVE THE NORTH AMERICAN VERSION
If you have the North American version Memobird, you have to use the North American version app called "MyMemobird"
Please be aware that for now, North America MyMemobird app is only available in North America, South America, Europe, and Oceania.

If you have the Chinese version Memobird, you have to use the Chinese version app called "Memobird" This app can be used worldwide.
