Make sure that the Memobird device and MyMemobird app use the same printing mode. You cannot print when Memobird device is in local mode, while MyMemobird app is in cloud mode.
If you want to print in Local Mode, toggle the switch mode until the LED on the button is flashing blue, then print in local mode.
If you want to print in Cloud mode, toggle the switch mode until the LED on the button is green, then print in cloud mode.
