In Local Mode, Memobird works as a Wi-Fi hotspot. When you connect your phone to Memobird’s Wi-Fi hotspot, you can print from the phone even if you’re not connected to the internet. Concurrent, your phone won’t be able to connect to the internet. Learn more about Memobird's printing modes here
Please be aware that when your phone is connected to Memobird Wi-Fi in Local Mode, your phone won't be able to connect to the internet.
Step 1: Switch to Local Mode
Toggle the switch under Memobird to Local Mode(you won't be able to see the cloud icon), then the light on the button will change color to blue, and Memobird Wi-Fi's name & password will be printed out.
Step 2: Connect your phone to MEMOBIRD’s Wi-Fi
Open your phone’s Wi-Fi setting, then connect to Memobird's Wi-Fi by entering the Memobird's Wi-Fi password that is printed out when you switch to Local Mode.
Step 3: Open Memobird app and compose the notes you want to print
Once you're connected to Memobird Wi-Fi, open the Memobird app, and write the note you want to print
To return to Cloud printing mode, switch the toggle on the bottom of the device until you can see the cloud icon.
