Please check whether your device is online or offline
If the device is offline, try to set up Memobird's Wi-Fi again
If the device is online, make sure that your Memobird device is in Cloud printing mode(the light is green) by switching the switch button under the device.
If the problem remains, please contact our support team at email@example.com and send us a diagnostic report of your Memobird. To print the diagnostic report, press Memobird's button twice, then the report will be printed out.
