When you press Memobird button twice, does the paper roll out?
If the paper doesn't roll out
Fix the position of the paper roll as shown below. Make sure that the printing head grips the paper properly as shown in this article
If the paper rolls out but there is no content printed
Reverse the position of the paper. The thermal surface is on the other side.
If the paper rolls out with content, but it doesn't print when you print content from the app
Please check whether your device is online or offline
If the device is offline, try to set up Memobird's Wi-Fi again
If the device is online, make sure that your Memobird device is in Cloud printing mode(the light is green) by switching the switch button under the device.
If the problem remains, please contact our support team at email@example.com and send us a diagnostic report of your Memobird. To print the diagnostic report, press Memobird's button twice, then the report will be printed out.
