When you press Memobird button twice to print the diagnostic report, does the paper roll out?
If the paper doesn't roll out
Fix the position of the paper roll as shown below. Make sure that the printing head grips the paper properly as shown in this article
If the paper rolls out but there is no content printed
Reverse the position of the paper. The thermal surface is on the other side.
If the paper rolls out with the diagnostic report, but it doesn't print when you print content from the app
Please check the status on the diagnostic report, and see the solution below.
Wi-Fi is not connected

Restart your router, unplug Memobird from power and power it on again, then configure the Wi-Fi setup
