To make sure that Memobird will be compatible with your Wi-Fi, please configure your router first, then enable the 2.4Ghz band. Below I will show you how to do that.
How to configure my router to be compatible with Memobird
You need to log in to your Wi-Fi router setup. If you haven't changed your default username and password for your Wi-Fi router, here's the login information for some router brands. If you have other router brands, please search on the internet its login information.

Then, configure the setup as shown below.
RADIO MODE: Set to B, G, B/G/N mixed or B/G mixed. N-Only is not compatible with Memobird.
BANDWIDTH: Set to 20 or 20/40 Mhz.
SECURITY/PASSCODES: Set to WPA or WPA2 with a recommended 10-character password.
MAC FILTERING: Set to be disabled
DNS: Primary DNS should be 188.8.131.52
After setting up these settings, you have successfully configured your router.
How to enable 2.4Ghz band on my router?
After you logged in to your router setup, you'll see 2 frequency bands, then, you can enable the 2.4Ghz band.
Once you're connected to the 2.4Ghz network, then you can proceed with setting up your Memobird with this Wi-Fi network.
