            How can I track my order?

            After you complete your order, we will immediately send you a tracking number by email. Then, you can track your order with that tracking number.

             

            Didn't receive a tracking number?

            Please check whether you ordered from an authorized seller of Memobird or not. Below is the list of official Memobird stores.

             

            1. North American version Memobird Official Stores (sold by us)

            If you order the NA version Memobird from us, please send us your order number at support@mymemobird.com

             

            2. Chinese version Memobird Official Store (sold by another company called Intretech)

            If you didn't order from any of the official stores above, it means you've ordered from an unauthorized Memobird seller. If you pay with Paypal, we suggest you contact Paypal Resolution Center immediately so that you can get a full refund.
